Anna Mae Pinnick

Anna Mae Pinnick, 91, of Fayetteville, West Virginia passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, in Charleston, West Virginia. Anna was born on September 23, 1933, in Ramsey, West Virginia to the late Oscar and Lena Ramsey.  Anna was an education aide for the Fayette County Board of Education and a veteran with the Rank YN3 of the United States Navy WAVE Branch serving in Boston Massachusetts.  She was of the Baptist faith. Anna enjoyed diving into family ancestry and produced several compilations of family history, she was a member and worked with the Fayette County Historical Society.   Anna loved counted cross-stitch, to needle-point, to crocheting, she was no stranger to handicrafts of all sorts. She will be sorely missed by her loving family and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Emil and Charles Ramsey; and a sister, Eloise Kincaid.  Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Mabel Parrish and Lillie Scofield; sons, Christopher Pinnick (Linda) and Jeffrey Pinnick (Lora); grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer Mendoza (Marco), Andrew Pinnick (Laura), Joseph Pinnick (Jen), Kenneth Pinnick, and Alexis Heinkel; great-grandchildren, Garrett, Olen, and Emilia Mendoza, and Callie, Cole, and Vinny Pinnick.  Services will be held at 1:00 PM, December 15, 2024, at High Lawn Funeral Home with Dr. Greg Swisher of Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.  Friends may call on the family from 12:00 PM, December 15, 2024, at High Lawn Funeral Home.
