Charles Anthony Snodgrass, 70, passed away Saturday November 4, 2023 at his home in Parkersburg, WV. Charles “Tony” was born June 10, 1953 in Gauley Bridge, WV to Betty Cox Hicks and Charles Snodgrass.

He was a US Army veteran and computer technician in Charleston, WV as well as a devoted father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents Tony was preceded in death by his brother Lawrence Henry “Hank” Hicks Jr. and his best friend and beloved dog, Tucker.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Charleigh Patton, multiple grandchildren, brother Richard Snodgrass, nieces Carri Andon, Sara Farinsky, Amanda Snodgrass, several great nieces and nephews, and companion of many years Becky Rhodes.

A quiet memorial service with family and friends will be held at a later date when his cremated remains will be entombed in the mausoleum at High Lawn Memorial Park.
