JAMES FREDERICK RUSSELL

ames “Jim” F. Russell, 63, of Lochgelly, entered his heavenly home on Thursday, May 2, 2024, following a brief illness.  Born on November 15, 1960, in Charleston, he was the son of the late John Allen Russell and Lillie Belle (Branham) Russell. James worked in the HVAC industry for 44 years.  In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer Lynn Russell; daughter, Chrissy Nicole Russell; brothers, John, Paul “Junior”, Woodrow, and Roger Russell; and sisters Margie Friend and Christine Thompson. Those left to cherish his memory are sons; James (Shelley) Russell of Winfield and Jason (Allison) Russell of Mt. Nebo; grandsons, Jett Russell and James Henry Russell; brother Charles Russell; and sister Barbara Runion.  A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at High Lawn Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV with Pastor Mike Kees officiating. Friends may call from 5:00-6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Southern WV or St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
