Mary Frances D'Angelo

Mary Frances D'Angelo, 83, of Mt. Hope WV passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Vitality Assisted Living in Richmond, VA. Mary was born on November 11, 1941, in Summerlee, WV to Frank and Lorene Lekan.

Mary was a homemaker. She was an active member of the Mt. Hope Wesleyan Church.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Carmen D'Angelo of Mt. Hope, WV; her parents, Frank and Lorene Lekan of Summerlee, WV; her sister, Elizabeth Tomlin of Summerlee, WV; and her brother, Frank Lekan of Waldorf, MD.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Vincent, and his wife Teresa D'Angelo of Victor, N; a daughter, Nicole, and her husband Adam Duncan of Richmond, VA; her 3 grandsons who were the loves of her life; Andrew D'Angelo (and his wife Elisabeth) of Victor, NY, Alex D'Angelo of Richmond, Va and Vincent Duncan of Richmond, VA.

Friends may call on the family from 12:00-1:00 pm on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home, 1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV. Services will be at 1:00 pm with Reverand Richard Midkiff officiating. Interment will immediately follow at High Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be: Adam Duncan of Richmond, VA, Vincent D'Angelo of Victor, NY, Andrew D'Angelo of Victor, NY, Vincent Duncan of Richmond, VA, Justyn Cox of Huntington, WV and Robert Duncan of Chesapeake, VA.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Mt. Hope Wesleyan Church, 11 High School Drive, Mt. Hope, WV 25880.
