NANCY BELINDA CONNER

Nancy Belinda Conner, age 59, of Saint Albans, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Bower’s Hospice House. Nancy was born in Alexandria, LA, on January 11, 1965, to her parents Wayne and Sharon Conner.  Nancy was a Business Analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services in Charleston, WV. Prior to this, she spent an ample amount of time working as a Social Worker for Child Protective Services. She loved her career of helping people throughout her entire life.  Nancy was an avid churchgoer, whether in person or through online services. She cherished her family dearly and would do anything for them. If you knew her, you would understand her love for pink flamingos and Santa Claus. Nancy was a beacon of positivity and friendship. Always smiling, she would lend an ear to anyone who needed it, showing genuine care for others, even strangers. She was trustworthy and almost always had a smile on her face.  Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sharon Conner; sister, Kelli Riddle, and her husband Randy Riddle; as well as her nephew, Barry Bailey, and his wife, Jenna Bailey along with many other relatives.  Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Highlawn Funeral Home (1435 Main St E Oak Hill, WV 25901). Sonny Craft of Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle will be officiating the services. A graveside service will follow directly at 3:00 pm at Highlawn Memorial Park.  Friends may call on the family starting from 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Highlawn Funeral Home in Oak Hill, WV.
